Faculty-Directed Domestic (US-based) Program Coordinator

As Domestic Programs Coordinator, Lorne works with faculty and staff across all of ASU’s campuses to present study away opportunities within the U.S. to students. These programs will make studying off-campus a reality for more students and offer a different experience in new surroundings. Lorne holds a Bachelor of Arts in English from Chicago State University and a Grant Writing Certification from DePaul University.

As an undergraduate at Chicago State, Lorne had the opportunity to play golf collegiately. This afforded him the chance to travel across the entire U.S. and see a large percentage of the country. Those experiences leave him passionate for what students can learn about our nation and themselves away from ASU.

Prior to joining the Study Abroad Office at ASU, Lorne coordinated undergraduate matters across Northwestern University’s seven undergraduate schools. While there, he helped organize a program created to support first-year students with the cost of course materials in introductory STEM classes. With his role at ASU, Lorne will utilize the resources available to provide students with the best opportunities to flourish.
