NOTE: The above cost information for this Exchange program is valid for Spring 2024 only.
As of December 2019, US citizens are exempt from visa fees which is what is reflected in the cost sheet. This is subject to change. For other nationals, visa fees vary.
Upon receiving acceptance materials from Nanzan University, students must pay the invoice for housing, accident insurance (included in the total estimate for housing), and the security deposit (listed as Refundable Deposits on the cost sheet) directly to Nanzan University before the start of the semester. The due date will be listed on the invoice but will likely be in November.
Please note the "Quarantine Upon Arrival" estimate is based on a stay at a regular hotel near the airport. Nanzan is trying to work with specific hotels to provide a discounted rate for students, if possible.
