As of December 2020, US citizens are exempt from visa fees which is what is reflected in the cost sheet. This is subject to change. For other nationals, visa fees vary.The estimate for housing is based on a more expensive off-campus housing option. The lowest cost would be $150 USD per month, but you will be further from campus, so you should expect to pay more in transportation.
